House Proud Equity Release Scheme
The aim of this equity release loan scheme is to provide home owners aged 60 and over a greater choice in funding options to carry out improvements to their property.
The Home Improvement Trust, a specialist not for profit organisation based in Nottingham that organise a range of loans and independent financial advice. The building works would be managed by the Council funded Home Improvement Agency called “Staying Put” based at Age Concern.
