Hiring Equipment from Nottingham NCVS (NVAC)

• Hire prices are daily rates and exclude delivery, collection, technical support, insurance cover and VAT.
• A day's hire is a period of 24 hours.
• Weekly Hire price is daily rate x4.
• Equipment to be collected by arrangement usually between 10- 4 pm - please bear in mind the loading and unloading parking regulations outside the building.
• The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage sustained to the equipment.
• NVAC reserves the right to refuse hire of equipment.
• NVAC shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever, whether caused to the property or person of the customer, its employers or otherwise, which may be attributed to the equipment or its use.
• The hirer irrevocably grants NVAC the right to reclaim its property at any time after completion of the hire period, and to enter onto the hirer's premises by any means necessary in order to do so.
• Any equipment found to be faulty should be reported to NVAC Duty Staff immediately -failure to do so will result in full hire charges.
• Please return equipment before 4 pm - equipment returned late by the hirer will be charged at full daily rates.
• Deposits will be returned after the equipment has been checked. Organisations unable to bring cash/cheque will be required to provide a letter of authority on headed paper and signed by a senior member of staff/cheque signatory. This will be verified before the equipment is handed over.

• Payment in full must be made at time of receiving equipment invoices will only be issued by special arrangement.
• Customers must produce adequate means of identification when collecting the equipment.
