Trustees
The Trustees also serve as directors of the company and guarantee £1 each. Therefore it is not possible
for any director to hold an interest in the shares of the company.

The honorary officers: Mr Reece, Mr Fraser and Ms Cartwright are subject to re-election each year. The other
trustees are proposed by Affiliated Member Organisations, elected at the annual general meeting and one
third must retire and seek re-election each year.
The Board of Trustees have the right to co-opt up to five Trustees who must retire at each AGM, but are eligible
for further co-option. Mr Fraser, Ms Morrell, Ms Cartwright and Mr Lane are co-opted Trustees.
