31 March 2007. The prior period is for the twelve months ended 31 March 2006.
Basis of Preparation
This report and the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of
Part VII of the Companies Act 1985 relating to smaller companies.
Auditors
PKF (UK) LLP have indicated their willingness to be re-appointed as auditors and a resolution to re-appoint
PKF (UK) LLP will be proposed at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
